Main installation steps

1. Surface Preparation

Check the support base (worktop, metal structure, or furniture).
The surface must be flat, dry, and clean.

2. Cutting the solid surface

Solid Surface can be worked like wood: cutting with a circular saw, router, or special tools.
Cutouts for sinks, outlets, or custom shapes must be made before installation.

3. Assembly and Bonding

The pieces are joined using a special Solid Surface adhesive, available in the exact color of the material.
After drying, the joints become nearly invisible, resulting in a seamless finish.

4. Finishing and Sanding

Apply light sanding to even out the surface and remove any irregularities.
You can choose between a matte, satin, or glossy finish, depending on the project.

5. Thermoforming (optional)

Solid Surface is heated at a controlled temperature to create curved or three-dimensional shapes.
